With so much focus on stiff and painful lower backs we can sometimes forget about the shoulders but they are just as important to stabilise.
Approx 40% will experience some level of shoulder pain in their life so stabilising them as part of a maintenance programme is a great idea.
There’s nothing more annoying than not being able to perform your favourite exercise because you aren’t able to move your shoulders affectively due to pain.
In this video I go through a very basic, but very useful, shoulder exercise to conditioning the rotator cuff muscles of the shoulder.
