Breathing Squat

I have to say I love the breathing squat. No equipment needed and you get such great rewards for such a simple movement.

We use it to help balance the adrenal glands, bowels and a jumpy cluttered mind that will not come to a stand still.

From a technical perspective this exercise helps to correct an imbalance in the HPA axis which is the dysfunction you are experiencing when you’re adrenally fatigued/adrenal insufficiency.
