Full Body Strength & Core Workout
Each month we change our workouts so that the whole body is conditioned in a balanced and effective way, giving the optimal response in terms of physical benefits and time efficiency.
This full body strength and core workout will take 25 minutes but give you great results.
The core component is about stabilising the spine in this particular session.
We vary core workouts between seven different core areas (to be discussed at a later date).
