Stress doesn’t just effect the mind, it has a profound effect on the body as well. Not only that, it’s impossible to separate mind and body, so using the body through a flexibility routine to calm the mind is a great way of reducing stress.
In this flexibility routine I show you some of my favourite stretches to de-stress and calm the nervous system, increasing endorphines and making you feeling ready for a great night’s sleep or just a more relaxed day ahead.
