The rotator cuff is a group of muscles that attach to the shoulder blade and shoulder joint and coordinate the timing and smooth movement of the joint.
For a variety reasons, from muscles imbalances and poor posture to poorly designed exercise programmes, these muscles can become deconditioned.
Even if you’re not experiencing problems now, this is a great routine to use to keep these important stabiliser muscles in tune.
