The Most Important Exercise For Back Pain

The most important exercise for back pain is the horse stance exercise. 

Why? It stimulates the very important stabilising muscles that can become inhibited (shut off) when you are in pain and helps to condition them again in a safe way. 

For back pain relief, back pain exercises at home or to strengthen your lower back, this is one I use most often with personal clients.
