Poor digestion can be caused by many things but especially not chewing your food sufficiently.
I have found that placing my knife and fork down until I have finished chewing the mouthful I have, stops you from speeding up and putting more food into your mouth before you’re ready.
Take your time, place one mouthful of food in and place the fork down. Pick it up again when you have chewed and swallowed.
It’s simple but really affective.
I can guarantee it’ll slow you down.
