You may not be surprised to read that many people can’t rotate their head/neck effectively because of tight muscles and joint restriction in the lower neck.
This simply leads to compensatory movements and the issues getting worse.
Aside from the biomechanics, this is also a great exercise to build resilience and boost the thyroid gland.
So if you’re feeling tired and waking up feeling lethargic this is a nice exercise to try.
