Whole Body Mobility Routine (Follow Along)

In this video I run through a flowing stretch and mobility routine that takes between 5-10 minutes, depending on how often you practice it. 

It is a fantastic routine for scanning your body to self-assess how you’re adapting to your exercise and lifestyle, be that sitting at a desk or a more active lifestyle. Every day you will adapt and your tissues change depending on how well hydrated you are, how well nourished you are and how well rested you are. 

Mobilising, stretching and listening to your body is the best way to keep all joints healthy.
